Conversion guide
JPG to PDF for Receipts, Forms, and Homework
Convert phone photos and scanned images into a clean PDF for receipts, forms, homework, and records.
Use clear source images
A PDF made from images is only as clear as the original photos. Take pictures in good light, keep the camera straight, and crop extra background when possible. Then upload your JPG or PNG files to Image to PDF to create one clean document.
Put images in document order
Receipts, homework pages, and forms are easier to read when the image order is correct. Choose files in the sequence you want before converting. If you later notice pages are out of order, use Organize PDF to rearrange the final PDF.
Make one file instead of many photos
Many websites and teachers prefer one PDF instead of five separate images. A single PDF is easier to upload, print, share, and store. If you already have a PDF cover page or extra document, combine it with your image PDF using Merge PDF.
Reduce the upload size
Phone images can make a PDF large, especially if every photo is high resolution. After converting images, use Compress PDF if the file is too big for email, school portals, or online forms. Check the result before sending so important details remain readable.
Convert back when an image is needed
Sometimes a website asks for a JPG preview instead of a PDF. In that case, use PDF to JPG to export pages as images. This is useful for thumbnails, previews, or services that only accept image uploads.
Use a practical filename
After conversion, rename the PDF so it explains what is inside. Names like rent-receipts-july.pdf, math-homework-week-4.pdf, or signed-form.pdf are easier to find later. Clear filenames also reduce mistakes when you upload several documents in one session, especially on mobile.
